At Opakauftalles, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items

- Hygiene-sensitive products once opened.
- Gift cards.
- Digital products and downloadable content.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
